我看很多老外的email都是把单位地址，电话等放在最后面的。
格式没关系吧。开头称呼，正文，落款不乱就可以了吧。waehrend（站内联系TA）自己的联系方式放到最后，作为签名档。

4.投springer里的期刊怎么使用Word template
分三步走：
第一步，在word(Office 系列软件)中找到“开始”，如图（1）
第二步，在开始中看到，图（2）中，2 的地方红色箭头，好，亲，点一下！
第三步， 继续哈，图（3）,4 看到对应的是 “BD”or“TA”，在模式中点一下即可。嗨嗨，在就这么简单哈。

5.word中在不打开Templates文件夹的情况下,怎么使用Templates文件夹
找到Normal.dot文件，手动删除。
路径为：C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates注：Application Data文件夹是隐藏的，要先打开显示隐藏文件和文件夹。原因：Word2003的模板损坏了，导致不能正常启动word。
其他方法：1.进入word后，在工具栏里面找到工具-模块和加载项-模板，点击添加，右键删除normal.doc，然后确定，退出word，然后重新打开就可以了，屡试不爽。2.在安全模式下单击文件-另存为-模版-删掉原模版-保存 。
3.用安全模式打开word以后，新建一个文档在word右边就会出现一个对话框，然后点击“本机上的模板” 在弹出的模板框，右键删除掉命名为“空白模板”的模板，点击确定，重启word即可正常打开 。希望能帮到你。
