IPad不可以用来编程ios软件。
1：目前开发ios应用所需要的sdk只有mac os版本的。
2：也就是只能在安装有mac os系统的电脑上开发ios应用，ipad的系统是ios，不是mac os。

android用户是比较广泛的。
有小屏幕手机。
有大屏幕手机。
有分辨率高和低的。
但是iphone的话。
屏幕分辨率是统一的。
无非就是视网膜显示器。
就拿软件制作图片来说。
就比android的大。
