材料/工具：Excel2010
1、如下图所示在打开这个Excel表格文件时提示要输入密码，下面我们来分享怎么取消这个密码
2、输入文件的密码，打开这个Excel表格文件，然后点击菜单栏中的“文件”
3、点击文件后就打开如下图所示的excel设置页面，在“保护工作薄”的位置可以看到加密的说明
4、点击“保护工作薄”，之后在打开的菜单中选择“用密码进行加密”
5、点击“用密码进行加密”后，打开“加密文档”的对话框
6、删除密码下面输入框中的密码，然后点击下面的确定，这样就删除了Excel表格文件的打开密码
7、回到Excel表格设置页面中，可以看到在“保护工作薄”下面的加密提示信息已经没有了，表示取消密码成功
如何破解excel文件密码
我就用我自己的加密的excel文件叫大家怎么破解清除excel密码，首先打开有自己加密的excel文档，如下图：
excel2010和以前的版本有所不同，功能更人性化，更智能化。首先我们要做的是，加载宏文件，excel为宏设置默认是关闭的，我们要启用宏，就必须开启宏；“文件”下的子菜单”选项“

点击“选项”选择子菜单下“信任中心”“宏设置”在宏设置下。选择“启用所以宏”然后点击“确定”

点击“视图”在右下面我们会看“宏”打开宏，如下图所示：
现在我们就开始录制新宏，宏名：随便填，我这么久填密码，保存在：选择当前工作薄，说明可以不填。

点击菜单栏上的工具“宏”选AllInternalPasswords,执行,确定两次；耐心等一会,再点击两次确定，
在此打开自己加密的excel，看看，密码是不是没有了。
07版本的EXCEL如何解锁
1.首先，将后缀名改为.zip，如图所示。
2.然后，将.zip文件打开，打开xl\worksheets，如图。
3.用xml编辑器打开对应的.xml文件，查找sheetProtection，将整行删除。
（用的是记事本，所以是把<>部分删除）。
4.将后缀名改回去。
Excel中 被锁定的单元格如何解锁？
方法一：
1.首先，利用Excel快捷键"Ctrl + A"全选所以的单元格，然后，右键选择“设置单元格格式”。
2.在弹出的“单元格格式”中选择“保护”，取消“锁定”前面的钩去掉。

3.停止录制(这样得到一个空宏)。

我有一个EXCEL文档忘记密码，有没有什么软件能解锁
有一个叫Office Password Recovery Toolbox的工具可以解密。
它的原理是在它的服务器上有一个密码字典，这个字典非常大，涵盖了所有可能的密码，然后这个工具把加密信息发送到服务器上，并进行搜索匹配，找到对应的密码，然后对文档进行解锁。需要你的电脑能联网才能进行，所以，这个可能会有未预知的风险，如果你的文档有机密信息，还是算了，如果只是普通文档，可以用这个软件解密，我就经常用。如果有杀毒软件报毒，可以关掉，当然，风险自己承担。软件界面如图：
选择你要解密的文档，它会自动搜索加密了的地方，比如是打开密码还是写入密码，然后点击对应的移除密码，就会自动连接服务器，并且搜索匹配密码，一般不超过一分钟就能完成解锁，解锁完成之后会生成相同文件名并且带_NESOY.xls的文件，这个就是已经解锁的文件。网上找这个软件就可以了，下下来后可以先用杀毒软件杀一下毒，以免有其它恶意插件。我用的这个版本，用新毒霸扫描正常，并且运行也不报毒。

Excel文件加密了，怎么解密?
1、新建一个excel文件作测试，在excel随意输入内容。
2、在 Excel 的 "开始" 菜单中选择 "准备", 然后选择 "加密文档"。(Word2003 在工具选项安全中设置密码)
3、在 "密码设置" 对话框中反复输入密码两次, 完成密码设置。
4、以后打开文档则需要输入密码才能进入。
5、删除密码, 只需按照上述步骤, 重新输入加密设置。删除密码以确定它。
