mysql #1045 无法登录 MySQL 服务器

今天需要链接线上的数据库，但是root限制着呢，我就改了下，发现了一些问题，记录一下！

root登陆密码正确但出现 #1045 无法登录 MySQL 服务器

show grants for root@'192.168.0.%';

ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

grant all privileges on *.* to 'root'@'192.168.0.%' identified by '123';

delete from user where Host = '192.168.0';

flush privileges;
